Our Full Opening Hours Are As Follows:

Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – 5pm to 9pm (Men’s Yoga and Pizza night)
Wed/Thurs/Fri – 12pm to 3pm & 5pm to 10.30pm

Sat – 12pm to 10:30pm
Sun – 12 to 5pm

Pub Menu Served Daily From 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm Wednesday To Saturday.
Sunday Lunch Served From 12pm to 3.30pm.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a beautiful country pub, we went for Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago and the food was fantastic. They do a range of local beer from just up the road. The team are very friendly and it felt like we were regulars on our first visit. It was so nice we went again the following week.

Steve, the owner, is one of the loveliest hosts we’ve ever had - he made us feel like old friends rather than customers, completely at home from start to finish. Our daughter had the best time playing with his gentle dog, Buddy, and Steve happily let her run around the beautiful garden and collect as many flowers as she wanted. When we came back from the sea with wet clothes, he kindly let us use all his equipment to dry them without a second thought. That genuine warmth is rare. The breakfast was outstanding. We have several dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free), and Steve took every request seriously and prepared everything beautifully - the hash browns were honestly the tastiest we’ve ever had. The pub itself is gorgeous, with lovely furniture and real quality throughout, and the atmosphere is just wonderful. If you want to experience real, warm pub hospitality and a proper traditional stay, we can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you, Steve, for everything.

Really good Sunday Lunch, fab beef, great gravy, excellent sides (including super cauliflower cheese), reasonably priced for the quality. Staff fun and engaging. Beautiful pub garden makes the most of a beautiful location. So good we even took pizza away for supper.
